Delivery Charges

R75 or free for orders over R650. Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Method: Door2Door

  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • 3 – 5 business days from the first business day after the order has been placed.
    • Delivery occurs on Mondays to Fridays between 08:00 and 17:00. Courier branch hours may vary by location and on weekends or holidays.
    • Extended delivery lead time may apply during peak periods such as Seasonal Sale, Black Friday and Festive periods.
  • How to track the status of your order:
    • To track the status of your order, log into your account and click on “My orders”.
    • Only once your parcel has been collected by our chosen courier service provider, will you be able to track the location of your parcel.
    • With handover to the courier, you will receive an email with a unique tracking link.
    • Alternatively, you can enter your waybill number here.

    Please note:

    • If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Should this be the case, we will contact you via email or telephone.
    • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

     

    Returns:

    Not happy with your purchase? Log a return for a refund or exchange by logging into your account and following the steps below:

    1. Login using your email address and the OTP sent to your email address.
    2. View your orders.
    3. Select an order to view more details.
    4. Click on the “request return” button to start logging the return.
    5. Follow the rest of the guided return process.

    • For exchanges, a voucher code will be generated and sent once the goods have been collected and received at the Kappa warehouse. The voucher code can then be used to start a new transaction, to purchase the item you would prefer. Simply enter the code into the “discount code” field at checkout.
    • Refunds will be processed once the goods have been collected and received, within 5-10 business days from receipt at the Kappa warehouse, depending on your bank.
